We are excited to introduce ASDT Fit that is now live!! We aim to provide resources for women to be active and healthy in the outdoors so that we can all grow stronger and shred longer together. Join ASDT ambassadors Natali Zollinger and Julie Cornelius on this adventure.
Julie has a knack for promoting clean, practical eating and will be teaching new outdoor recipes that you can take on your many adventures with you! When you sign up for ASDT Fit, you automatically get an all-inclusive month nutrition plan that is the basis for eating healthy. This plan includes an easy to follow daily meal plan, including delicious and simple recipes. There are also grocery lists and tons of nutrition tips!
Being part of the ASDT Fit community, you will continue to get new recipes, more nutrition tips, special ASDT Fit meals- specifically designed healthy meals for the outdoors, and so much more!
